Disable Do Not Disturb and Call Forwarding on Yealink phone using configuration overrides

On several occasions you will encounter customers complaining that calls do not land on their desk phones and are being forwarded to an external number, for example, a mobile phone.

Most of the time this is a human error where the user forwards his calls directly to their cellphone and they don't remember to remove it.

There are situations where the issue is calls simply go to voicemail. What happens most of the time is the phone is set to Do Not Disturb mode or DND.

To disable such features on the phone from the Cloud PBX server just use the following parameters on the override section of your platform.

Disable DND:
features.dnd.allow="0"       (or 1 to enable it.)

Disable Call Forwarding:
features.fwd.allow="0"
     (or 1 to enable it)

To enable again you can set the value to 1 or delete the value completely for the feature to return to its default value of 1.
