eFax Messenger Desktop App Failed to open cloud message.
eFax Messenger Desktop App rarely gives you an error when opening any inbound or sent faxes. Despite logging out and logging back in the issue still remains.
Solution:
1- Log out from your profile.
2- Close the program.
3- Go to your desktop icon or main eFax Messenger Desktop App, right-click, then select Run as Administrator.
4- Log back in and your messages should be working as expected.
