How to remove a password from locked Yealink phone using Zero Touch DSS - BLF key
Below we describe how to reset a phone password using Zero Touch DSS Key on any yealink phone.
*** There are two possibilites to change the password from a locked phone or to register that phone with our server directly. ***
Process #1:
1- Create a new DSS Key (BLF Key) as Type Key Event and Key Type as Zero Touch
2- Press the New DSS Key -> Next -> Next and then Update the URL Field and enter the URL indicating where the CFG file is located on the HTTP server.
3- For this step to work the phone in question needs to be already added to a user in our server. Check that the MAC is free of typos since the process could result in Update Skipped.
Process #2:
Parameters for the CFG file:

static.security.user_name.admin = admin
static.security.user_password = admin:admin
1- Create a TXT file Using the supplied parameters and save it as a CFG file.
2- Copy the new CFG file to an HTTP server like HFS.exe
3 - Create a new DSS Key (BLF Key) as Type Key Event and Key Type as Zero Touch
4- Press the new DSS Key to Update the URL Field and enter the URL indicating where the CFG file is located on the HTTP server.
5- Verify that the CFG file was downloaded from the HTTP server logs tab on the HFS app.
6- Reset to factory using the OK for 10 seconds and selecting YES button or the GUI web interface by accessing the phone's IP address.
