How to set up and configure user's voicemail

To be able to configure or set up the voicemail on your desk phone, please use the following steps:

1. Press the Envelope Key located on the phone's dashboard or dial 5001# on your phone.
2. Enter your assigned PIN number and # key. (Default PIN is 7777#)

The options inside the Voicemail are the following:
Press 1 for New Messages
Press 2 for Old Messages
Press 3 to Send Messages
Press 4 to Set Call Forwarding
Press 5 to Set Your Current Options
Press 6 to Change Greetings
Press 7 to Recover Deleted Voicemails


****How to record a new Voicemail Greeting****

Steps:

1- Press the envelope key or dial 5001# on your phone and enter your password (Default PIN is 7777#)
2- Press option 6 to Change Greetings
3- Press 1 to Record Greetings
4- Enter the number of the greeting you wish to record (Press 1).
5- Start recording your greeting and press # when finish.
6- After finishing recording Press 1 to keep greeting or Press 0 to keep previous greeting. 
7- Press 1 to select this recording as your greeting. 

***If you need to record another greeting just follow Steps 1 to 4, but select the number of the greeting starting on 2, as we previously used the 1.***


When changing any of the options press the corresponding key and follow the Prompt instructions.
