How to update credit card information in our billing portal
Voiceware offers the ability to update your existing credit or debit card directly from our billing portal. This method is more secure than traditional Credit Card Authorization forms that are still widely employed by other vendors. We are trying to protect our customer's information by providing you with the steps on how to perform the change yourself without any other human intervention.
Step 1:
Log in to our Voice/Billing portal using your credentials.
(If needed contact Support at 305-503-7782 or by sending an email to support@voicewareusa.com to get your User ID and Password)
Step 2:
Go to the Billing Tab. Scroll down and select the Pencil next to Credit Card On File.
Step 3:
After selecting the Pencil icon go ahead and fill out the information required on each field. Then click on the Save icon right next to where the Pencil is.
