Modify On Hold Music Volume Output
Used Audacity to lower the overall volume output of the onhold music file.
The steps are the following to lower the volume on Audacity:
1: Open Audacity and go to File->Open and select the file you wish to modify.
2. Go to Effects Tab and then Amplify
3. Drag the slider to a lower position, most of the time to -12dB
4. Go to File and select Export. Select the file format .wav or .mp3 and save it.
5. Reupload it to our portal.
