SNAPMobile App Features

Voiceware offers a mobile solution called SNAPMobile to all of its customers.

This application allows the end users to have the same virtual office extension as their physical phone. 

Below, you can find the current features available in our APP:

Features:

1- Availability to dial any office extensions directly from your mobile. 

2- Transfer, Hold, or Switch a call to your physical office phone. 

2- Access to voicemails left at your extension. 

3- SMS-enabled assigned users can send texts to customers.

4- Call History provides a trace of Placed, Missed, and Answered calls.
