How to use Voiceware's Print to Fax software
Voiceware offers a desktop Print to Fax software to all its clients. This enables the end user to send faxes from their computers directly by opening the document that needs to be faxed and sending it directly from there. The confirmations will be sent to the email attached to the fax number, and sent faxes from the desktop software will show up inside the Inbox tab in our Fax Portal.

Here are the instructions to install it.
1- Download the software from the link provided below and uncompress it by right-clicking the file and selecting Extract All -> Extract..
2- Access the extracted folder and install the software on your computer by double-clicking the "setup.exe" icon inside the folder.
3- After installation finishes, go to a document you need to fax and open it.
4- Click the Printer Icon in the top right of your document and select Internet Fax as your printer. Select Advanced Settings and choose 200 dpi. Click Print at the bottom.
